Request Account Deletion

To delete your Collage account and associated personal data, please follow the instructions below:



Send an email to support@collageapp.com.au



Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"



Include the email address you used to register with the app

What will be deleted:



Your personal profile and login credentials



Society memberships and participation data



Saved event RSVP information and preferences

Timeframe:

Your deletion request will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Data we may retain:

For legal or audit purposes, we may retain anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics
